What a blast it was to be in Forbidden Broadway. I did the show in Philadelphia, with John Freedson as director and John Randall as musical director and pianist. Forbidden Broadway creator Gerard Alessandrini helped cast the show and was a frequent presence at rehearsals. In the video above, you’ll see Don Quixote croaking out “The Impossible Song”, Jean Valjean singing "Bring It Down" and a snippet of Enjolras from the Les Misérables parody, and Mandy Patinkin being "Somewhat Overindulgent".
